COIN LISTING: by 30 APRIL 2023

The initial generation of CWA coins and the creation of the necessary wallets is programmed by a smart contract running on the EN Group s.r.o. blockchain and will be distributed as follows:

Pre-sale period from 03/10/2022 to 30/11/2022: those among the customers of EN Group s.r.o. who make the purchase of the tokens will be entitled to a 12% discount on purchases of NFTs, products and company services;
Sale period:
From 01/12/2022 to 31/01/2023 those who make the purchase of tokens shall be entitled to a 12% discount on purchases of NFT, products and corporate services;
From 01/02/2023 to 28/02/2023 those who purchase tokens will be entitled to an 8% discount on purchases of NFT, products and corporate services;
From 01/03/2023 to 31/03/2023 those who purchase tokens will be entitled to a 4% discount on purchases of NFT, products and corporate services;
80% of the tokens (800,000,000 CWA = EUR 80M) will be allocated to Pre-sale period and Sale period purchasers and will be transferable at the end of the period
0.2 % of the tokens (2,000,000 CWA = 200,000 euros) will be allocated to the team and will be accrued after 24 months from the date of listing, at a rate of 5% max per month
2 % of the tokens (20,000,000 CWA = €2,000,000) will be used by the company to carry out airdrop actions
17.8 % of the tokens (198,000,000 CWA) will be allocated to the company and will be retained as a provision for future expenses, partnerships, business development, marketing and strategic acquisitions.
